Ive got a friend with an 05 Regular Cab manual transmission, stock LLY. Its also leveled with 295/75/16 BFG's & he says he gets 22 highway.

I didn't think the LLY had a manual tranny option? I could very easily be wrong though. I get nowhere near 22, but I have yet to put a full tank on just highway. Most of mine are a mix of about 10 hwy and 3 city on the way to or from work.
I might take the truck to Wa. in March, which would give me almost 600 highway miles of flat and mountain each way.

I'm convinced that the little ass turbo-mouthpiece on the lly has something to do with it, I know on Max'd out's tow rig it made a huge difference when I pulled it and installed an intake and mouthpiece from an LBZ, as far as power that single mod made it a whole different pickup.
