That was his boost gauge..it was reading Bar instead of psi. I googled it and he runs 1.5ish psi at idle.

Looks like a boost gauge on the upper part. In Europe most boost gauges are in BAR rather than boost.
1 BAR = ~14.5psi So that means this thing was idling at 0.1 bar(~1.5 psi). When he blips the throttle goes to .3 bar(~4.5psi). And that is with NO LOAD!!!! Translates into pretty much ZERO lag.
